i personally like the E. Rouseau (sorry if spelled wrong) mouth pieces but the C* are great too. also a Bonade inverted ligature. but anyway you want to make a &quot;ya&quot; Movement with your jaw. Now do this slowly at first and slowly go faster. Doing this with a metronome would be great start at about 66 beats per min. Good luck!</description>
