Better to show you on pictures because telling you is kind of hard to describe the notes. Buy a beginners music book or search online because it’s hard to describe without visuals to show for.
This is a great site to help you learn to read music, count, and recognize them on sheet music. It’ll help you on your way and understand treble cleffs, hopefully it shows you cut time too, this has a c on it but that’s not beginners music
Also you’ll learn beats per bar so I hope this helps you! Also if you’re in school and there is a music class you can take you can do that because you’ll really learn how to read and play sheet music.

I agree with the other answerer, it is a difficult thing to explain online, but it’s not impossible. You really want to incorporate multiple sense into your learning if at all possible, it will really help you learn much quicker…
