Does anyone know a good book or website that can help me learn to read music sheets and chords for a piano?

I just bought a Yamaha keyboard and i have no idea how to read music sheets or let alone know the chords or what they are, but i’ve always wanted to learn. I can make up a few things and play, but i still wanna know what im doing thanx to anyone who can help.

    Sight Reading Music

    just type piano in the top..that helped me learn guitar…
