Joe asked:
I play guitar and piano, but it’s really bothering me that I can’t even read music, and I want to learn because it will make my learning easier and I’ll feel more fancier and educated. So where can I learn to read music?

Learn How to Read Music
just curious..how can you play the piano and not be able to read music? and if you want to learn to read music, find a piano book for beginners and usually it will have a staff with all the note names and such.
Learn How to Read Music Notes
There’s plenty of sites online that show how to read music. Perhaps Wikihow will have a good deal of articles. If you prefer a real life approach, you can check in with some local music stores to see if they offer classes for piano or guitar. Most of the time, for guitar, any classes you take will just be the teacher showing you some chords and you playing them back or you learning how to play from tabulature. Thus, you have to be careful. Any classical guitar classes out there will teach you how to read music 99% of the time if you’re a beginner. If you’re still in secondary school, you can take music as an elective. College also *may offer beginning music classes. Beginning music theory classes also teach you how to read music in general, but won’t teach you all of the notes on your instrument specifically. Hope this helps out.
